The New Westminster & District Labour Council (NWDLC) was formed in 1966 to give a greater voice at the local level for the suburban local unions and their members in the lower mainland. The DCFA has six delegates to this council and along with the Kwantlen Faculty Association represent the Federation of Post Secondary Educators representation. In addition we have a place on the Executive Board.
